Virtual and Distance Groups
Stay connected wherever you are. Through Down Syndrome Innovations, our Virtual & Distance Groups offer free, interactive online classes and support groups for individuals with Down syndrome and their caregivers. From social groups and fitness classes to caregiver connections, these Zoom-based programs provide meaningful opportunities to build friendships, grow skills, and find community—no matter your location.
