Jennifer Dreiling
President and Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer leads the organization’s vision, strategy, and growth to ensure individuals with Down syndrome and their families have access to life-changing services across the lifespan. She works closely with the Board of Directors, community partners, and philanthropic leaders to expand programs, strengthen financial sustainability, and increase opportunities for individuals with Down syndrome to live healthy, connected, and purposeful lives.
A seasoned nonprofit leader, Jennifer brings extensive experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. Throughout her career, she has helped raise more than $30 million for mission-driven organizations.
After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, Jennifer began her career in Kansas City and has spent her professional life helping organizations grow their impact. She and her husband are raising their two children. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.

Sarah Mai, OTR
Executive Director
With more than 25 years of experience serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Sarah Mai oversees Down Syndrome Innovations’ programs and services that support individuals with Down syndrome and their families across the lifespan. In her role as Executive Director, she leads program strategy and operations, ensuring services are impactful, innovative, and responsive to the community’s evolving needs.
Sarah is known for her strong leadership and ability to build and empower high-performing teams. She brings deep expertise in program development, clinical services, and nonprofit leadership, and is passionate about creating opportunities that help individuals with Down syndrome grow in independence, confidence, and connection.
Sarah earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Studies and Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Kansas and is an occupational therapist.
Outside of her professional role, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on her son, a standout football player, often found in the stands proudly supporting him at games and sporting events.

Amy Stoll
Vice President of Philanthropy
Amy Stoll serves as Vice President of Philanthropy at Down Syndrome Innovations, where she leads the organization’s fundraising strategy, donor stewardship, and grant development. A passionate advocate for the mission, Amy has more than 20 years of experience in philanthropy and event leadership and is widely known for her ability to build strong relationships and inspire generosity in support of individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
Amy began her work with one of DSI’s legacy organizations in 2006 as Executive Director of First Downs for Down Syndrome. Today, she continues to play a vital role in advancing the organization’s impact, bringing creativity, energy, and an incredible ability to connect with donors and community partners. A natural relationship-builder and exceptional fundraiser, Amy is known for her positivity, her contagious smile, and her tireless commitment to the mission.
Amy earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Education from the University of Kansas.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, spending time in Florida, and Montana. She and her husband have a grown son. Amy is known by friends and colleagues for her boundless energy, she’s always on the move and rarely slows down.
